Tyler Saxey is a customer-obsessed and results-oriented customer experience leader with over 11 years of strategic program management experience. He served as a front line practitioner with American Express and Silicon Valley Bank, built CX strategies for Fortune 500 companies as a Customer Success Manager at InMoment, and now heads Foot Locker’s global Voice of the Customer efforts as the Director of Customer Experience. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys exploring Florida and being outdoors with his wife and three crazy kids.
