Tzachi is an Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years of experience in Voice of the Customer, Customer Experience and Consulting. For the past 10 years Tzachi managed the Amdocs global Voice of the Customer program. Prior to Amdocs, Tzachi worked for Deloitte. His passions include customer advocacy, decision making, culture, and interpersonal communication.
