With the onset of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as "Obamacare," there will be many new customers in the healthcare market. With many new potential customers who will soon be shopping for health insurance, it is crucial for health insurance marketers to spend their limited marketing dollars on messages that matter. To that end, it's important to understand what health insurance shoppers want from a health insurer.

This webinar is based on a recent Forrester study that takes a 360-degree view of the question, "What do these changes mean for health insurance providers and how can we best meet consumer needs?" We combined three data sources to get a wide view of consumer healthcare attitudes, preferences, and needs: our survey-based Consumer Technographics® data, Forrester's ConsumerVoices online community, and behavioral social listening data. By combining insights from three separate sources, we are able to provide health insurance marketers with a holistic picture of what consumers want from a health insurance provider and how to meet consumer needs.
