Young consumers use the Net intensively, both to communicate and to entertain themselves. They have been online since they were 14, have high expectations, and little patience for sites that fail to meet them. To satisfy the young consumer, Web sites should include fun content, simple navigation, alternative forms of payment, social computing functions, and connectivity to mobile phones and music players.
