About The Roles
Our revenue development team is comprised of two distinct roles:
- Account development representatives (ADRs) focus on uncovering and validating new opportunities within assigned client accounts for account managers to pursue.
- Revenue development representatives (RDRs) identify and validate new opportunities in non-client territories for account executives to pursue.
Both RDRs and ADRs employ a variety of tactics, including outreach by phone, voicemail, email, and social media, to connect with prospects and foster meaningful interactions. They qualify marketing-generated demand based on engagement with marketing campaigns, specific actions, or meeting the scoring threshold.
Their performance is measured by the number of complete meetings with prospects and the number of opportunities generated. There are three levels within the RDR and ADR roles, determined by tenure, performance, team contribution, and skill development.
If you are passionate about starting or continuing a journey in B2B sales, a self-starter who takes initiative, curious, collaborative, and someone with a learning mindset, please apply!

Hear From Recent Program Participants

Solomon Blakeley, AE
“Moving through levels of responsibility and gradually lifting the curtain to the other side was incredibly important for me to eventually make the leap — specifically, being allowed on calls and working on account plans to think more strategically about how to catch the attention of these C-level leaders. Having the AEs I worked with buy into my success, combined with management who believed that today’s RDRs would be tomorrow’s AEs, created the best possible environment for growth and success.”

Joe Knight, AE
“I was welcomed at Forrester by a team that encouraged and supported me, teaching me how to be successful in the role, which led to me progressing to the AE role. In reflection, the leveling process within the RDR function was pivotal to my success, laying the foundation of behaviors, knowledge, and procedures to hit targets and progress. Each level added a new element of challenge, learning, and responsibility to shape my future at Forrester.”
Team Culture
It’s not just our leading development programs that set us apart; we also cultivate a winning culture that encourages collaboration and celebrates success. Our team members go on to make lifelong connections and friends.

“What I love most about Forrester’s culture is how warm and friendly everyone is, coming here as my first job out of college was extremely welcoming. I feel so grateful for working at Forrester, all the people I have met here have been open and willing to help. Coming to work is something I look forward to every day.”
