In 2023, a fragmented array of internet-of-things (IoT) solutions is enhancing industries across the US. Despite the varied options, US enterprises are confident that IoT initiatives can drive positive outcomes for them, including providing a better customer experience in public places, enabling energy and facility management, and improving the customer experience with products. Most enterprises are increasing their IoT spending, although they have some concerns — primarily related to security and potential increases in the number and/or complexity of customer service requests.
