This report reveals the 2023 Net Promoter Score℠ (NPS) and industry rankings for 42 banking brands. To create these rankings, we asked customers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK to state how likely they are to recommend a brand they’ve interacted with in the past 12 months. We also identify the top four NPS drivers per country and the average performance across all brands in each country. Use this report to benchmark your customers’ NPS and inform ongoing CX improvement efforts.
