Maxie helps CX leaders across industries to build and scale CX measurement programs, to get funding and prove the value of CX, and to optimize value of customer journeys for customers and the company. She is a frequent keynote speaker at conferences. Maxie is Forrester’s 2023 Bill Bluestein award winner; the award is given each year to an analyst whose work is provocative, courageous, and inspires clients.
