Most enterprises still rely mostly on anecdotal evidence of business users' level of satisfaction with business intelligence (BI), and not all BI tools quantitatively measure BI performance. In this report, we discuss some best practices as well as available tools to help application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals optimize their BI landscape.
