As China transforms itself from a follower into a global leader, the internet of things (IoT) has emerged as an area where China is leading the way. But Chinese companies must overcome many obstacles before they can truly leverage IoT and become successful digital businesses. This report helps enterprise architecture (EA) pros in China address these challenges and understand what to focus on when building their IoT software architectures. We also describe the software landscape for all of the layers in the IoT software architecture to give EA pros a holistic view of IoT software in China.
