Infrastructure and operations (I&O) leaders have the opportunity to offload costs and responsibility while increasing productivity by launching formal bring-your-own-device (BYOD) programs that meet employees' increasing demands to use the technology of their choice. However, corporate BYOD programs are not stagnant one-size-fits-all initiatives.
