Forrester expects online retail sales in the US to reach $334 billion in 2015, approximately 10% of all sales in the US. eCommerce will experience a strong compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10% over the next five years, translating to $480 billion in online sales by 2019. Physical goods lead the growth in eCommerce as digital goods reach maturity.
