Why Read This Report

ATMs are an important but often neglected channel. Eighty-five percent of US bank customers use ATMs, and one in three uses one at least weekly. Today's consumers use ATMs to make deposits, check account balances, and transfer money between accounts. More than four in five customers who use ATMs say they are satisfied with the channel, and one in five feels that ATMs are more secure than online banking.
