Forrester partnered with Retail Council Of Canada to conduct a survey of Canadian retailers regarding their eCommerce businesses and key initiatives for the year. The survey incorporated insights into key metrics, investments, and marketing of Canadian retailers. Overall, more than half of the retailers featured in this study grew their businesses by double digits in fiscal year 2014 over 2013. This report serves as a benchmark for Canadian eBusiness and channel strategy professionals as they grow their domestic businesses, and provides guidance to eBusiness professionals from other geographies looking to grow eCommerce in Canada.
