Cloud computing is firmly established as a tool in the European technology toolbox, but the rationale for using cloud continues to mature. This report examines recent moves by major cloud vendors and changes in customer expectations. It highlights cloud priorities for Europe's infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals as they enter 2019.
