The deployment of vaccines around the world is rapidly triggering questions from employers. The question of “Can we go back to the office?” is blurring with “What’s our obligation to provide or require vaccines?” Many executives are overwhelmed by the conflicting implications of these overlapping questions. By considering their own workforce, workplace, and geographic details, they can resolve to encourage vaccination without requiring it — and avoid assuming technical responsibility and liability as well.
