B2B sales and marketing are undergoing a significant transformation, driven by changes in buying behaviors and the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Various types of AI agents are purpose-built to augment go-to-market (GTM) capabilities. B2B organizations must understand what differentiates these agents, their applicability, and the near-term advantages of integrating AI agents into B2B GTM teams. In this report, we describe the current state of AI agents in B2B GTM functions and what sales, marketing, and product leaders can do to make the most of this new technology.
