In researching our report “Now Tech: Artificial Intelligence For IT Operations, Q2 2022,” we asked 42 vendors to identify their functional capabilities across 18 categories described in the Forrester AIOps Reference Architecture. From digital experience to telemetry data to audit trails, we captured vendor responses in this survey. Technology leaders should use this report to narrow down potential vendors’ currently available capabilities to best meet their immediate needs.
