Enterprises are finding more and more uses for tablets to complement business strategies. As enterprise-owned tablets become more commonplace, infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals must decide whether to deploy Windows 8.1 devices. For customer-facing scenarios, specifically, functionality like kiosk mode and secure mobile device management are critical. With its April 2014 Windows 8.1 Update, Microsoft has introduced a number of changes to the operating system.
