Businesses’ need for information is growing exponentially, and employees often suffer from information overload. An ecosystem approach to communications helps employees get the right information at the right time. Although technology is important, personal conversations and events are often the best channels for delivering important employee communications. In this report, we explain how to build an employee communications ecosystem that addresses employees’ communication needs and creates a more tailored and scalable approach to internal communications.
