Latexco’s adoption of cloud- and AI-infused integrated planning and execution enables it to escape the commoditization trap and stay ahead of consumers’ expectations for customized sleep experiences. This case study shows tech leaders how to improve adaptiveness by integrating modern sales and operations planning with execution.
