Unable to fully harness the value of its Web data, National Instruments (NI) implemented Unica NetInsight to improve customer experience and prioritize sales efforts. We spoke with Michelle Rutan, who managed this project, to find out how it articulated a vision for analytics maturity, made the case for change within the organization, and put Web intelligence to work for sales and marketing. The new solution has delivered on NI's vision by integrating Web and enterprise data, supporting advanced analytics, and providing the business with visibility to meaningful Web measurement.
