A myriad of vendors — from small niche players to traditional heavyweights — have sprung into action to provide a new, broader breed of IT management software tools to help. But how well-adopted are these tools at the CIO level? Are those who invest in them really seeing value and using them to drive critical IT decisions? Forrester launched a survey to find out.
