AI competencies are critical to the success of organizations’ AI efforts and ambitions; however, Forrester’s survey data reveals that European workers lag behind their US peers in AI competencies. European employers provide fewer AI training resources than their US counterparts and overestimate the effectiveness of their AI training initiatives. This report highlights the state of AI competencies for US and European workers as well as the perception gap of AI training between business and technology decision-makers and all other employees.
