According to Forrester’s Q1 2025 State Of B2B Events Survey, 64% of organizations use separate technology platforms for their in-person and webinars or virtual events compared to just 16% that use the same platform for both. Roughly two-thirds of event leaders at organizations that use a single platform are satisfied with their event performance; however, the siloed nature of event planning and execution in many organizations means that different teams often select platforms based on their specific requirements rather than considering wider organizational event needs.
