Executive Spotlight: Top Priorities For Security And Risk Leaders, 2H 2011

Every six months, Forrester's security and risk (S&R) team fields a survey to the members of its Security & Risk Council to ascertain their top priorities for the following six months. Forrester's S&R Council consists of senior security and risk executives at organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. The results of the survey help us fine-tune our future research agenda and activities. For the second half of 2011, members once again identified mobile security as their top priority, followed by security strategy and road map, security metrics, third-party risk, and dealing with disruptive technologies. In this Executive Spotlight, we define the business value that S&R executives can realize by tackling each of these priorities and outline our recommended next steps for each.
