This report provides a framework for technology leaders to assess their organization’s enterprise collaboration program maturity, identify capability gaps, and plot a course for improvement. Successful collaboration programs take four factors into account, including governance, people, strategy, and technology when understanding their current state and determining opportunities for improvement.
