Organizations are starting to experience the promise of generative AI (genAI) in their product management and development lifecycles. In Forrester’s Product Management Survey, 2024, more than half of product management decision-makers indicated that their organizations are using genAI internally in their product development processes. Product managers should start using extant tools now, as nearly half of product management professionals indicated that they expect the impact of genAI on their products to increase in the next two years.
