Generative AI (genAI) has an extensive range of applications that can help health insurers (HIs) digitally transform and meet the needs of their members. But despite the AI craze permeating the industry, now is the time for HIs to stay grounded. HIs need agile processes to experiment with and slowly implement genAI technology in a safe and responsible manner.
