Vendors need analysts to remember key facts about their companies, products, services, customer value, and more, but the format of today’s briefings and the contexts in which they take place cast doubt on whether analysts remember many of the things vendors hold dear. Vendors can engineer memories using techniques from Forrester’s Ebbinghaus Briefing Model to help analysts retain information. In this report, we introduce the Ebbinghaus Briefing Model and 20 techniques vendors can use to enhance analysts’ ability to remember their briefings.
