Building an influencer scorecard and engagement plan can be invaluable in evaluating an organization’s roster of influencers and its readiness to engage those influencers. Although prioritizing key influencers is not an exact science, objectivity and consistency increase an influencer scorecard’s credibility, while regular updates to influencer ratings ensure the organization is applying adequate time and resources to effectively engage the right influencers. In this report, we define influencer value and organizational readiness factors and describe a data-driven approach to successfully evaluating influencers and influencer engagement tactics.
