Revenue operations must interpret a wide range of performance data as it supports functional and executive leadership to guide the organization forward. Siloed functional review cadences and reporting cause inconsistency, misalignment, and limit collaboration. The common outcome of these issues is stakeholder confusion and conflict that hampers decision-making. In this report, we outline how revenue operations leaders can connect cross-functional performance to meet the various needs of senior leadership and functional teams by establishing an aligned cross-functional review cadence.
