When companies undergo a major transformation, internal communications takes a leading role in helping employees understand and embrace the change. It’s also important to ensure that information is available in a form that is convenient for employees to access. Pitney Bowes launched a new intranet that can be accessed by all employees to review information in context of job role, location, device, and language.
