A considerable number of EU laws are forthcoming, with some closer to full enforcement than others. Many of these legislative initiatives have implications for organizational management of data. That’s why assessing the range of current and pending requirements is important to avoid duplicate efforts or expensive remedial work from only approaching compliance by law. This report provides tech leaders with a list of the most important EU regulations and directives in development since late 2022.
