Healthcare organizations (HCOs) are embracing the possibility of transforming into intelligent healthcare organizations (IHOs). Despite growing interest, internal skills gaps and weak vendor relationships highlight the need for more strategic, purpose-built partnerships. To achieve this transformation, digital healthcare leaders must evaluate enterprise technology with a function-first approach.
