Service-level agreements (SLAs) are the agreements that insure revenue functions properly manage opportunities during handoffs. Without governance, SLAs are intentional only, not enforced, and useless. SLA governance ensures accountability, transparency, and participation in opportunity handoffs between revenue ecosystem teams.
