Enforcement begins on September 12, 2025. While compliance is mainly an issue for device providers, organizations using data-generating connected devices should have already started investigating the implications. The Data Act also aims to make it easier to switch cloud services. Read this report to find out more about the EU Data Act and what it may mean for your organization.
