This report reveals the 2022 Net Promoter Score℠ (NPS) and industry rankings for 114 brands across banking, auto and home insurance, and auto manufacturing. To create these rankings, we asked customers in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK to state how likely they are to recommend a brand they’ve interacted with in the past 12 months. We also highlight how well selected brands performed on the key NPS drivers in each industry and country.
