Corporate banking portals are a major aspect of banks’ offerings to corporate customers — and big contributors to banking customer experiences (CX). To gauge the effectiveness and ease of use of corporate online banking services, Forrester evaluated the corporate banking websites of six corporate banks across the globe. Overall, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank has the strongest corporate banking portal, but all banks have work to do in order to engage with and create value for customers. Digital experience and CX professionals should use these findings to improve their corporate online banking efforts.
