Mobile apps continue to be the center of banking customers’ relationships with their money and the brands that help them manage money. To gauge the effectiveness and ease of use for different mobile banking experiences, we evaluated the mobile apps of seven banks in North America. U.S. Bank and Bank of America offer the strongest overall mobile banking apps, but all banks have work to do to engage and create value for customers. Digital and CX executives can use this report to understand where banks’ apps excel, where they fall short, and how to strengthen their own mobile experiences.
