Teams managing operational marketing data must have measurement in place to manage team performance, drive data usage, ensure confidence in data quality, and focus efforts toward delivering meaningful business insights. The metrics used to accomplish this must reflect the current state of the database and the data management activities conducted that improved data value. In the first part of this series, we applied the Forrester Metrics Spectrum to help operational teams effectively tell their data management story. In this report, we apply data management reporting recommendations to specific examples for visualizing performance on a B2B marketing data management dashboard.
