As they work to improve the performance and maturity of their functions, product management leaders face a multitude of challenges. These challenges range from clarifying roles to maintaining a consistent innovation and lifecycle process. In this report, we review findings from the 2019 Forrester Product Management Leadership Priorities Survey and compare these results to the data from the 2014 edition of the same survey.
