Forrester’s 2025 data shows that security and risk (S&R) teams’ culture energy is on par with that of other teams. However, the culture energy of individual S&R contributors is lower than their leaders, a pattern seen in other job functions. Our data also shows that S&R teams composed of hybrid workers are committed and adaptable. S&R leaders can use this data to benchmark their team’s culture energy, spot similarities with other teams, and instill cultural best practices.
