Technical debt, an inevitable byproduct of IT delivery and aging portfolios, is a pressing issue affecting most organizations. It highlights the severity of technical debt, the impact it has on innovation, the strategies organizations are employing to address it, and how much of their IT budget they dedicate to this effort.
