Initially, firms in Asia Pacific (APAC) tended to view Zero Trust (ZT) as an abstract concept, and it was slow to gain momentum there. However, factors such as the global pandemic, government adoption, and broader acceptance of ZT principles have since moved the needle on ZT adoption in the region and made it a reality. This report outlines the current state of ZT adoption in APAC, describes some region-specific challenges to help the region’s CISOs understand how continue to accelerate their ZT programs.
