US Shoppers See The Benefits Of Online Shopping

Summary

Forrester’s Retail Benchmark Recontact Survey, 2022, shows that nearly two-thirds (60%) of US online adults think shopping online is simply more convenient than shopping in-store. US online adults say that the benefits of online shopping include access to a wider inventory (67%), helpful search and tools (65%), and better values and deals (56%). However, some consumers prefer to shop in-store. For example, 43% of US online adults prefer in-person shopping because they can get their questions answered directly.
