Currently Global VP CX & Digital Experience at Accor Head office in Paris, she is responsible for the definition and design of the Customer Experience Strategy for the portfolio of Brands managed and operated by Accor today. Through Customer Insights and analysis, Brand Guidelines & Digitalisation , the Experience Team works with all internal Stakeholders for the delivery and execution of the digital and physical journey for Accor’s augmented Hospitality Promise.

Alison has more than 25 years’ experience in the Travel/ Hospitality Industry and has held many positions of responsibility across multi-domains previous to Accor with Disneyland Paris, Amadeus & Fastbooking (D-Edge today) .
