Senior Manager Service Designer, Transport for NSW

Bec is a Senior Manager Service Designer with a decade of experience, who is passionate about participatory design, public transport, and speculative design. She has experience in finance, government, telecommunication, media and professional services. As a graduate of the Design Anthropology master’s program at Swinburne University, she specialised in participatory design within an Indigenous context.

In her current role with Transport for NSW, she manages a team of Service Designers who work on complex, multi-modal infrastructure and service planning projects across the state. In her spare time, you will find her reading about data ethics, post-human-centred design, and placemaking.
