Vice President, ABM, NTT Ltd
Rachael is the Vice President, ABM at NTT Ltd and is responsible for driving the global ABM program and approach across NTT’s most strategic and high potential accounts. Rachael set up the global ABM centre of excellence for NTT putting in place people, processes, and platforms in order to standardize theABM approach and governance across accounts.
Rachael joined NTT Ltd in 2018 when it was previously Dimension Data, heading up their global services marketing practice before moving into the demand generation organisation to set up and form the ABM CoE. Rachael joined from BT plc, where she spent a number of years in the global, UK and APAC business, most recently leading the ABM practice and as Head of Marketing for Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Rachael has over 20 years of marketing experience in the IT & telecom industry, holding a number of leadership roles across all marketing disciplines. Rachael is passionate about client centricity, simplicity and delivering outcomes. In addition to her ABM role, Rachael has recently taken on the role to drive marketing for NTT’s Technology Solutions globally.
Rachael lives in the UK, with her husband and two young sons having recently just returned from 11.5 years in Singapore. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, strength training, hiking and travel.
