Reema has 21 Years of experience in IT and Digital, She is currently working as Chief Information & Digital officer at Hero MotoCorp. Prior to this role, Reema worked with many large MNCs like Vodafone Idea, Unilever and GE.  In her career, she has successfully partnered with business leaders to drive growth and unlock value in transforming business by creating new value through digital tools, platforms and processes.

She sees inclusivity, diversity and empowerment as key to build high performing teams that self- motivated and driven .She has experience across IT and Digital Strategy, Product Design and user experience, ERP, Cloud, Devops and Agile Methodologies.

Reema completed B.E, in Electronics and is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is married to Adetya who works in HPE and they have 14 years old daughter Deeksha. She loves travelling to new places and also is avid cycling.
